Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Reconciliations Coordinator to join our team at Three Bears Alaska Inc. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and maintaining the integrity of our store's financial systems.

Estimated Salary: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Reconcile daily sales data with cash handling reports to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Process customer transactions, manage cash handling procedures, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communicate effectively with management and accounting teams to resolve any financial discrepancies or issues.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including deposits, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable about store policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial reconciliation, customer service, or retail operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency with computer software applications, such as Excel and Word.
