About the Role

As a Car Lot Porter at Renn Kirby Gettysburg, you will be responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of our car lot. This includes parking and arranging vehicles in an orderly manner, conducting regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and organization, and ensuring all vehicles are properly displayed with accurate pricing information.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Park and arrange vehicles in a way that maximizes visibility and space
  • Conduct regular inspections of the car lot to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure all vehicles are accurately priced and displayed
  • Coordinate with sales and service departments to ensure smooth vehicle flow
  • Wash customer and dealership vehicles as needed
  • Move vehicles as needed within the lot
  • Report any damages or issues with vehicles to management
  • Assist customers with locating specific vehicles
  • Keep track of vehicle keys and ensure they are returned to the appropriate location
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
