Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembling mechanical and electrical components and systems, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble mechanical and electrical parts and components according to engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections of assembled parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, soldering irons, and testing equipment to assemble and test products.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics to understand assembly requirements and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues, working closely with the engineering and quality teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, inspection results, and any modifications or adjustments made during assembly.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly processes, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in electro-mechanical assembly is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly or a related field.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
