Job Description:

Overview

As a Strategic Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and meet monthly PEO sales quotas. You will manage a small innovation team and work closely with alliance partners to identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly PEO sales targets.
  2. Manage a small team of sales professionals and provide guidance on sales techniques and best practices.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with alliance partners and negotiate agreements to drive business growth.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  5. Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B strategic service sales required.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Maturity, competitiveness, and autonomy with an outstanding work ethic and proper business etiquette.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred but not required.
