Training and Quality Specialist II

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Quality Specialist II to join our team at Cooper University Health Care. This role is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training materials for new hire employees. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in teaching or operational training, or 1-2 years as an Epic Super User.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate training materials for frontline new hire employees
• Conduct observations of users in their environment to identify areas for improvement and suggestions for workflow redesign
• Develop refresher, informational, or career development training programs
• Collaborate with the IT Revenue Cycle training team to ensure Epic Cadence training is available to all new hire employees requiring registration and scheduling access
Requirements:
• 3 years of experience in teaching/operational training, or 1-2 years as an Epic Super User
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Education or Healthcare
• Cooper Epic Credentialing required
• Excellent communication skills
Salary:
$65,000 - $85,000 per year
