Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our team in Bryan, OH. As a PCT, you will play a critical role in providing dialysis support services to patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with setting up and operating hemodialysis machines
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any unusual findings to the nurse supervisor
  • Perform vascular access evaluation and cannulation as directed
  • Administer heparin as delegated or allowed by state law
  • Initiate dialysis treatment according to prescribed orders
  • Evaluate intradialytic problems and provide intervention as prescribed
  • Monitor patients' response to dialysis therapy and report any unusual findings
Requirements:
  • CCHT certification required
  • Previous patient care experience in a hospital setting or related facility preferred
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
