Job Summary: Metropolitan Glass is seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely transporting and delivering fabricated materials to job sites throughout the greater Houston area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and securing materials onto trailers and/or box trucks
  • Making timely deliveries and assisting with unloading and staging of materials
  • Picking up materials at various vendor locations
  • Assisting with shop work between deliveries (cleaning, staging material, etc)
  • Confirming materials against bills of lading, invoices, and other documentation

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience pulling large trailers safely
  • Ability to obtain OSHA 10 safety training
  • Willingness to wear appropriate PPE when delivering to job sites
