About the Position

This position offers an estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement nursing care within scope of practice, prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Document assessments, care plans, and patient outcomes using critical thinking and judgment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited institution
  • Current Registered Nurse license in Texas
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
