Job Title: Senior Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide exceptional care and support to our residents at Rosewood Retirement Community. This role is ideal for those who want to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Encourage independence and participate in recreational activities tailored to our residents' needs.
  • Develop and maintain accurate resident care plans, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
  • The ability to work flexible shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays, is necessary.
Compensation and Benefits:
