As an On Demand Clinical Educator, you will play a critical role in enhancing the knowledge and understanding of disease states and approved indications among nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals. Your expertise will help them meet relevant standards set by the company and their Nurse Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide educational support to patients on injection techniques and client-offered support services.
  • Offer approved disease state and prescribed therapy support to enrolled patients as agreed upon by the client and Inizio Client Account Manager/Regional Manager.
  • Use only Inizio-approved materials at all times, adhering to established guidelines.
  • Attend and complete required Inizio training courses and competency assessments within specified timeframes.
  • Ensure timely completion of administrative responsibilities.
  • Maintain professional registration and/or licensing as required by applicable state laws.
  • Possess a valid United States driver's license and notify Inizio immediately of any offenses or accumulation of penalty points.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Registered Nurse with a current state license.
  • Associate/Bachelors/BSN degree or equivalent work-related experience.
  • At least 2 years' experience working in disease states, preferably in a clinical educator role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent professional communication and presentation skills, including ability to present to various groups.
  • Self-motivated individual with high personal motivation.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and/or previous territory management experience.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed within designated territories, attend regional/national meetings, and assist with coverage needs where possible.
