Job Summary

Planned Parenthood of Northeast Ohio is seeking a skilled Comprehensive Primary Care Clinician to join our team at the Franklinton Health Center. As a key member of our medical services team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care, including sexual and reproductive health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain comprehensive health, social, and medical histories from patients.
  • Formulate diagnoses and develop treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Provide patient education and counseling to promote optimal health outcomes.
  • Prescribe medications as needed and manage patient follow-up care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence in patient care.

Requirements
  • Graduate degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the state of Ohio.
  • Experience in primary care and sexual and reproductive health services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
