Clinic Manager - Occupational Health
The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Occupational Health clinic. This role requires leadership skills and the application of core competencies to supervise employee care, address personnel issues and development, manage fiscal and unit operations, drive performance improvement, and develop programs.
To be successful in this position, you will need a Master's degree from an accredited school of nursing and certification through the American Board of Occupational Health Nursing as a COHN or COHN-S. Additionally, you must be fully vaccinated with an FDA COVID-19 vaccination and provide proof of your vaccination status as part of your new employee pre-boarding.

As a Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Occupational Health clinic, including supervising employee care, addressing personnel issues and development, managing fiscal and unit operations, driving performance improvement, and developing programs. You will work closely with the team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services to our patients and communities.
