About the Role

At Star Construction, LLC, we're seeking a highly skilled Telecom Infrastructure Lead to join our team in the installation and maintenance of underground telecommunication systems. This role involves leading crews to ensure timely completion of projects while prioritizing safety protocols.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $25-$32 per hour, based on experience. Responsibilities
  • Lead crews to meet project timelines and ensure adherence to safety policies.
  • Help train crew members and read/understand blueprints.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities and communicate with property owners about work to be performed.
  • Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery in various weather conditions.
Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Hold at least three years of related work experience, with previous Foreman experience preferred.
  • Routinely work alone in remote locations, confined spaces, and with heavy machinery.
