Marketing Director and Brand Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to join our team as a Director of Marketing and Brand Strategist at MN Custom Homes.
This is a full-time position paying $140,500 - $224,920 + discretionary bonuses. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Individual placement within a salary range will vary based upon factors including but not limited to candidate experience, knowledge, individual, skills, and organizational performance.
About This RoleAs the Director of Marketing and Brand Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to define and elevate our brand identity and shape our customer experience. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving growth through innovative, data-driven approaches that align with our core brand.
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing and branding strategy that aligns with the company's overarching business goals. Identify market opportunities and establish a strategic direction to sustain and enhance brand growth.
- You will direct the development and ongoing maintenance of the brand identity, ensuring uniformity across all platforms and communication channels. Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- You will own the team's performance and progression toward business objectives. Sets and oversees metrics to ensure team accountability. Provides leadership, motivation, and guidance to direct reports.
- You will conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends and advancements, ensuring our marketing strategies and initiatives are proactive and aligned with current market dynamics.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing effective internal communication strategies, leveraging employee insights and feedback to drive engagement and ensure alignment with the company's vision, values, and business objectives.
- Establishing deep knowledge in consumer behavior, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to drive continuous improvement in brand performance.
- Utilizing data and market insights to optimize marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement in brand performance.
- Servicing as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding brand and measuring clear and effective communication for brand messaging.
- Developing and managing marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across all marketing channel to maximize ROI.
- Developing and managing marketing collateral to support home sales and event collateral.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 10+ years of brand strategy/marketing experience.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, advertising or related field required.
- Proven experience building brands and results-oriented marketing plans. Familiarity with brand fundamentals (identity, positioning, strategy, target audience).
- A strong track record of taking end-to-end ownership and driving results; demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and programs-work prioritization, planning, and coordinating across teams.
