Nursing Leadership Position in Hospital Setting

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Mount Sinai Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and advancements in the field
- Foster a culture of excellence, respect, and inclusivity among colleagues and patients alike
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing program; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or active matriculation in a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Program preferred
- Documented previous experience or educational preparation to support credentials; special skills/experience may be required in specialized areas
Benefits:
