Installation Specialist

Job Summary:
Apex Systems is seeking a skilled Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for evaluating customer needs, designing and installing residential systems, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to determine optimal system and equipment to meet their needs.
- Install and test the operations of all equipment to ensure proper functionality and signal reception.
- Evaluate customer information and provide recommendations for the best possible solution.
- Identify opportunities to improve system use and functionality and provide recommendations.
- Pursue safety practices to safeguard against injury and damage to property.
- Collect and dispose of debris, patch holes, and clean the site.
- Meet Apex Systems' values and mission.
Requirements:
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Technical aptitude.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in uncertain situations.
- Valid driver's license.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Electronic trade school training is a plus.
