About the Role:

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
• Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising
• Drive sales growth through effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and upselling/cross-selling
• Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales goals and objectives
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• Previous retail experience preferred
