About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Traffic Signal Maintenance Specialist to join our team in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical knowledge and be able to perform routine maintenance and repairs on traffic signals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks on traffic signal systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Diagnose and repair electronic devices and related equipment for assigned program areas.
  • Serve as an on-call specialist, responding promptly to emergency situations within a specified period.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in traffic signal maintenance or a related field.
  • Knowledge of management systems, including timing plans, graphic design, and computer use.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles safely.
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in inclement weather conditions.
  • Familiarity with IMSA Roadway Lighting certification and other industry standards.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers.
