Job Summary

As a Student Records Coordinator at Houston Journal of Health Law & Policy, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of student records. Your primary responsibility will be to review and process student record requests, verifying and maintaining student records to ensure compliance with university policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Review student records to ensure accuracy of data and identify discrepancies
• Audit, update, and maintain records in the student information system
• Process requests for student transcripts, enrollment, and degree verifications, diplomas, address changes, and other student records requests
• Provide enrollment and student record assistance to current, former, and prospective students
• Research academic records for current and former students
• Prepare weekly reports and correspondence

Requirements

• Associate's degree or certification/licensing in a technical specialty program
• Minimum of three (3) years of directly job-related experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a high-pressured environment with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PeopleSoft and other student systems
• Experience with Enrollment Services
