Job Title: Licensed Mental Health Professional

Location: Luverne, Minnesota

Position Type: Full-Time, Day Shift (Monday – Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM)

Salary: $74,000 - $98,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (if hired before November 1, 2024)

Job Summary:

The Licensed Mental Health Professional will deliver and coordinate outpatient and residential mental health services. This role includes individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, critical incident stress management, and court-ordered evaluations.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy, including crisis intervention and treatment planning.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and administer standardized psychiatric measures.
  • Offer community education and promote mental health awareness.
  • Supervise non-licensed personnel as applicable.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Active Minnesota LMFT, LICSW, or LPCC licensure.
  • Strong clinical skills in providing therapeutic interventions.
  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

  • On-Site (clinical) and hybrid (work-from-home) options available.

  • A minimum 1-year commitment is required to qualify for Sign-On bonus.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with safety regulations.
