Job Title: Sales and Operations Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Operations Team Lead to join our team at Leonard Aluminum Utility Buildings. This role will be based at our sales lot with operations in the U.S. and reports directly to the Store Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Operations: Assist the Store Manager in managing sales, customer service, and staff coordination functions to ensure a great customer experience and maximum profitability.
  • Merchandising and Inventory Control: Assist with merchandising, inventory control, loss prevention, restocking, and store cleaning.
  • Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered and teaming up with coworkers to provide excellent sales service.
  • Marketing Strategies: Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies for the store to drive sales.
  • Cash and Inventory Management: Help manage cash and inventory levels according to company standards.
  • Staff Development: Assist in the training and development of staff to enhance sales and service performance, operational effectiveness, and positive customer interaction.
  • Store Compliance: Ensure the store is in compliance with all company policies and operational guidelines.
  • Financial Objectives: Achieve financial objectives by effectively controlling expenses.
  • Customer Requirements: Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers to understand service needs.
  • Employee and Customer Safety: Protect employees and customers by providing a safe, clean, and well-organized store environment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role in the retail sector.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and planning skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent, and a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Additional Requirements: Must pass a background and drug test, have a valid driver's license, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Physical Requirements:
