Job SummaryWe are seeking a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The successful candidate will perform maternal assessments and provide appropriate interventions for patients who range in age from menses to menopause.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate support of Lactation Services and perform Labor and Delivery surgical procedures.
- Effective communication with all members of the healthcare team is essential.
- Able to respond to acute changes in unit and patient conditions.
- Administer medications according to hospital policy.
- Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and commitment to nursing care in labor and delivery.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Current Registered Nurse license in Virginia or a compact license.
- Current BLS certification.
- At least one year of Labor and Delivery RN experience.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
