About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Office Assistant Administrative to join our team at MSCCN. As a Medical Office Assistant Administrative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office and providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and answering phones
  2. Assist with patient scheduling and appointment coordination
  3. Process patient payments and handle billing inquiries
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  5. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary Range: $17.50 - $24.63 per hour, estimated annual salary $36,408 - $51,235 based on 40 hours/week
