Job Title: Maintenance Director
RiverTech is seeking a skilled Maintenance Director to join our team in Wadsworth, NY. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the reporting of readiness levels and management of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for designated vehicle fleets, ground support equipment, and communication devices.
- Monitor and manage Class IX repair parts, maintenance shop stock, and bench stock, ensuring compliance with USARC 750-1 and other applicable references.
- Produce and brief weekly maintenance reports to internal and external representatives, including the Commanding General(s) or Commanding Officer(s).
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience, preferably retired E-7 or above, or a Warrant Officer.
- Extensive maintenance background.
- US Citizen with a Secret or higher government clearance.
- Familiarity with GCSS-A, LOGSA, and FEDLOG.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with AMSA and ECS operations.
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000
