Primary Care Physician for Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care

We are seeking a skilled Family Physician to join our team in Lakewood, CO. As a Family Physician at Marathon Health, you will deliver patient-centered primary care to employees through an innovative Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model. This role focuses on preventive care and wellness, fostering enhanced provider-patient relationships and allowing for extended appointment times and lower patient panel sizes compared to traditional practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered primary care to employees through our Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model
- Focus on preventive care and wellness, using electronic medical records and rigorous population management tools to ensure state-of-the-art care
- Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) within the organization to provide comprehensive care
- Develop and maintain a strong network of referrals and partnerships with local healthcare providers
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatrics
- Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify required; Active state license required; DEA preferred
- CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date
