Job DetailsJob Description:

At Segula Technologies, we are seeking a skilled Dimensional Welding Engineer to lead dimensional improvements on vehicle geometry through part, tooling, or design actions.

The successful candidate will work with team members to analyze complex parts and sub-assemblies using various measurement systems. They will perform data analysis to identify top issues and potential root causes and work with production personnel and plant quality engineers to implement and validate proposed solutions.

Additionally, the engineer will verify the effectiveness of corrective actions implemented through data analysis and proactively monitor trend charts to drive variation reduction of critical product and process characteristics.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably mechanical, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of basic statistics and process control is required, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
