Healthcare Support Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at DaVita Inc. in Lincoln, Illinois. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the overall success of our dialysis center.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including hemodialysis treatment, patient monitoring, and education on kidney disease-related topics
- Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, social workers, and leadership
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Certificate of completion from an accredited program for Patient Care Technicians or equivalent experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000-$45,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, and more.
