Movement Prevention Specialist

At Vimocity, we're seeking a highly skilled Movement Prevention Specialist to join our team in Seattle, WA. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 5+ years of coaching experience in strength & conditioning, personal training, athletic training, or a related field.
The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of human movement mechanics, excellent customer service skills, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills. Additionally, they should be able to work independently or as part of a team, possess a growth mindset, and be eager to continuously learn and grow.
This role offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan. Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with customers to conduct educational activities and events
- Collect and report success metrics to customers
- Participate in program planning and development
- Review customer historical injury data to identify trends and opportunities for injury prevention strategies
- Promote the Vimocity Movement Method through content creation
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology/Sports Science, DPT, DC, or related field
- 5+ years of formal coaching experience
- Industry certifications (NSCA-CSCS, NASM, ATC/L)
Travel Requirements: Up to 70% of the time may be spent traveling for business purposes.
