About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Treasury Leader to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing our treasury operations, ensuring the company's financial strength by building and managing relationships with banks, lenders, investors, and key financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow management, risk mitigation, investments, and working capital.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key financial institutions, including banks and lenders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial planning and decision-making.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Manage and optimize treasury operations, including cash management, capital markets, and banking structures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in treasury management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced spreadsheet and financial modeling skills.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or equivalent certification.
