Salary Information
">The estimated salary for this position is $96,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a total rewards package that includes competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.
Job Description
">As a Medical Surgical RN, you will be responsible for:
">- Providing and coordinating patient care, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Assessing patients' physical and psychological needs, developing individualized plans of care, and documenting all patient interactions.
- Administering medications, educating patients and families about treatment options, and promoting customer service initiatives.
- Maintaining equipment, reporting incidents, and communicating effectively with colleagues and management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">- A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee, Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing, Interpersonal skills to successfully interact with patients, guests, physicians, and other employees.
