Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm Field Service Supervisor to join our team at W3Global Inc. in Arlington, Massachusetts.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of supervisory experience and 7 years of experience in the fire alarm field. They must hold a Bachelor's degree in Electronics or equivalent work experience in the electronics field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of fire technicians and provide technical support to key accounts.
  • Ensure all inspections meet the highest quality standards and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with technical staff and external customers.
  • Manage day-to-day needs of the fire team, including tools, training, and resources.
  • Assist in ongoing training of new and existing fire technicians.
  • Review daily schedule and assist technicians as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics or equivalent work experience.
  • 7 years of experience in the fire alarm field.
  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Massachusetts Electricians Journeyman "B" or System Technician "D" license and valid Driver's License.
