Neurosurgery Specialist

HCA Florida Ocala Hospital is seeking an experienced physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join their esteemed neurosurgery team within a well-established program.
About the Role- This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a skilled neuroscience team, comprising 4 neurosurgeons, 4 advanced practice providers (APPs), 2 neurointerventionalists, and 2 neurohospitalists.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neurosurgery and be open to both experienced providers and new graduates.
- Manage a busy neurosurgery service, participating in 2-3 operative days per week, with a mix of 50% cranial and 50% spine cases.
- Perform bedside neuro-ICU and neurosurgical trauma procedures.
- Engage in 2 days per week of outpatient clinic work, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of treatment plans.
- HCA Physician Services Group offers a competitive salary, ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
