We are seeking a Healthcare Associate to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the health, happiness, and well-being of our residents. As a Healthcare Associate, you will be responsible for providing general non-certified routine services, including assisting with housekeeping and laundry, meal service, and personal care responsibilities.

Job Summary
The Resident Care Associate (RCA) is responsible for providing general non-certified routine services in accordance with established procedures. Key responsibilities include assisting with housekeeping and laundry, meal service, and personal care responsibilities. You will work closely with our clinical staff to ensure the comfort and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities
- Assists with housekeeping and laundry services
- Assists with all aspects of meal service
- Answers resident call lights promptly
- Maintains communication with Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse to report any resident changes in condition, concerns, and grievances
- Provides great customer service, companionship, communication, and engagement in activities
- Assists clinical staff to make residents comfortable
- Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines

Qualifications
- High School / GED diploma or equivalent required
- 0-1 years of experience in healthcare or related field
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient mindset
