Job Title: Phlebotomist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our team at Sonic Healthcare USA. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and process blood and non-blood specimens from patients of all ages.
  • Perform venipuncture and other phlebotomy procedures with precision and care.
  • Ensure proper specimen labeling, processing, and test ordering.
  • Champion safety, compliance, and quality control in the laboratory.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous phlebotomy training or experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing.
  • Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians.
