We are seeking a skilled and dedicated ELA Lead Teacher to join our team at KIPP Massachusetts Public Charter Schools. As an ELA Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that fosters the growth and development of our students.

This is a full-time exempt position with a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $73,500 per year, depending on experience. The salary includes a $1,000 signing bonus and retention bonuses in subsequent years. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
