Fitness Club Ambassador

The Member Services Representative is the face of our operation, responsible for maintaining a fun and supportive atmosphere for our members. This role involves handling preliminary guest questions and concerns, facilitating member requests, and ensuring a smooth check-in process.

• Greet members and guests with a smile and provide a warm welcome.
• Check in members and guests in accordance with company procedures.
• Facilitate messages on club software and answer phones in a courteous and professional manner.
• Communicate special events to members and guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management.

• Obtain or maintain a valid Child/Infant CPR Certification.
• Experience working with children.
• Certifications as local/state laws require.

• Lift 10 lbs. on occasion.
• Stand, bend, and squat with frequency.
• Climb and hang decorations when needed.

• All applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• To be eligible for employment, applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• All applicants must be eligible to work in the United States and maintain their eligibility throughout their employment.
