Job Opportunity

Goodwill San Francisco Bay is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will provide exceptional customer service, maintain a clean and organized retail environment, and implement our company's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opening and closing the store, ensuring a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized retail environment, including visual merchandising and stock management.
  • Greeting and assisting customers, providing a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Accurately performing the job functions of a retail cashier, including operating a cash register and handling customer transactions.
  • Assisting with visual presentation of the store, including window displays, rack signing, sizing, and accessorizing.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literate and basic math skills.
  • Able to lift at least 50 lbs and stand on hard surfaces for extended periods.
  • Flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
