We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Boise, Idaho.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for data management and oversight of our quality management committee and safety learning at multiple sites. They will also coordinate and implement quality initiatives supporting Medical Safety, Patient Safety, Performance Improvement, Infection Prevention, and Accreditation across designated sites.

  • This is a full-time position with exempt status, working days (Monday - Friday) with no weekends or holidays.
  • The ideal candidate will manage operational activities for the designated site(s) to ensure quality initiatives meet system compliance requirements.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in nursing, program management, and/or quality improvement.
  • A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is highly preferred.
  • An active RN license in the state of practice.
