Job Title: Nurse Practitioner - Med Surg, Part-Time Nights

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Adventist Health White Memorial Montebello. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting health and well-being in our community.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients, utilizing critical thinking, professional judgment, and evidence-based practice.
  • Supervise and direct nursing staff, ensuring seamless coordination of care and exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans and implement effective interventions.
  • Participate in discharge planning, providing continuity of care and supporting patients' transition to home or other settings.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of California.
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
