Donor Care Specialist Opportunity

Blood Assurance is seeking a compassionate and dependable Donor Care Specialist (Phlebotomist) for our Dalton Facility. The successful candidate will work Monday-Friday and every other weekend in Dalton, GA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interview donors to assess suitability for donation
  • Perform mini-physicals and phlebotomy procedures
Requirements:
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Phlebotomy certificate and/or prior phlebotomy experience
  • Strong customer service skills with attention to detail
  • Positive, caring attitude
  • Scheduling flexibility for various shifts and some overtime
  • CDL license (Class B) or willingness to obtain
