**Job Summary**

This role will lead the design and development of advanced applications for the iOS platform, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet business objectives. As a Senior Software Engineering Lead, you'll troubleshoot complex issues, develop innovative mobile technology solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

**Responsibilities**

• Troubleshoot business and production issues for mobile devices by reviewing and analyzing information, engaging support teams, and performing root cause analysis.

• Develop innovative mobile technology solutions and strategies to support business objectives, collaborating with cross-functional business partners and stakeholders.

• Design and develop advanced applications for the iOS platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements, translate requirements into mobile solutions, and gather requested information.

• Write and develop code (Objective-C/Swift) that can be applied to multiple types of mobile devices, developing user interface solutions and conducting testing.

• Communicate project status and roadblocks to team members and stakeholders, determining solutions to issues and enhancing design to prevent reoccurrence of defects.

• Remove barriers and obstacles that impact performance, providing resources, identifying performance standards, measuring progress, and adjusting performance.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 3 years' experience in software engineering, or 5 years' experience in software engineering or related field.
  • Hands-on experience building scalable backend systems and platforms.
  • Previous knowledge of designing and developing advanced applications for the iOS platform, unit-testing code for robustness, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and bug fixing.
  • Experience with the agile methodology Scrum, working with outside data sources and APIs, and continuously discovering, evaluating, and implementing new technologies.
  • Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle, writing readable, maintainable, performant object-oriented code, and working with Swift, Combine, MVVM, View Models, Reactive Programming, and other architectures.

**Salary Range:** $117,000 - $234,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
