**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Senior Electronics Systems Specialist, Communications to join our team in the City of Atlanta.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and provide exceptional technical support to various departments within the organization. As a Senior Electronics Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of electronic equipment, including mobile radios, data terminals, alarm systems, and video monitoring systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair electronic equipment, including mobile radios, data terminals, alarm systems, and video monitoring systems
  • Troubleshoot equipment failures and conduct tests to determine the cause of issues
  • Install and configure new equipment, ensuring it meets specifications and performance standards
  • Prioritize repairs based on sworn and civil personnel requirements
  • Communicate effectively with end-users to understand problems and identify solutions
  • Collaborate with manufacturers' engineers and technicians to resolve complex issues

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of electronic theory, communication systems, and local law enforcement practices and procedures. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
