About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Nighttime Venue Operations Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of events, customer satisfaction, and staff performance at one of our venues.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee nighttime operations at one of our venues, ensuring exceptional customer service and staff performance.
  • Collaborate with our General Manager and Ownership to develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Manage daily operations, including staffing, inventory, and finance, in collaboration with our General Manager and Ownership.
  • Lead by example, mentor staff, and foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork and creativity.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with our management, marketing, and events teams to discuss ongoing projects, share ideas, and align on goals.
