About This Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Front Desk Ambassador. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating a positive experience for our members, prospects, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure member satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and efficient check-in processes.
  • Assist new member sign-ups and provide tours to prospects.
  • Communicate effectively with members and colleagues to resolve issues promptly.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized club environment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including a free Black Card membership after 90 days of employment.

Our benefit package includes Medical options, Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending Accounts, 401k with company contribution, paid vacation time, and additional ancillary benefits like Pet Insurance and Aflac.
