We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Specialist to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator.

Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities:
As a Nurse Specialist - Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care activities with other members of the healthcare team, ensuring that patients receive high-quality, individualized care that meets their unique needs. This will involve analyzing patient data, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to address these issues.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
- Licensure in states where care is delivered
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of nursing experience in an acute care area
- Emergency department or urgent care nursing experience
