Experienced Registered Hygienist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team at Garland K. Davis DDS.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and patient-oriented individual to provide exceptional oral health care services to our patients. As a Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic procedures, offering preventative treatments, and providing education on optimal oral health practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized oral health care services to patients of all ages, including routine cleanings, exams, and X-rays.
  • Educate patients on proper brushing, flossing, and interdental cleaning techniques, as well as the importance of regular dental check-ups.
  • Perform radiographs, blood pressure monitoring, and other clinical hygiene functions efficiently.
  • Diagnose and treat periodontal diseases and other oral health conditions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely chart notes and ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines.
Requirements
  • Dental Hygiene certification from an accredited dental hygiene school.
  • Active Radiology & CPR License.
  • Current hygiene license issued by the state of employment (renewed annually).
  • Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control training as required by law.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:

Work Schedule

We operate Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with no weekend shifts.
