Anesthesiologist Position

Korzen Health is seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist to collaborate with our healthcare network in Northern Arizona.
We're a team of physician anesthesiologists and CRNAs working in a medical direction model, proud to be a physician-led department within a physician-led hospital system.
Our focus is on outpatient elective surgeries, including general surgery, GI, orthopedics, breast surgery, gynecology, and urology. We handle cases in 4-5 Main ORs, 1-2 endo suites, and a cath lab.
As an Anesthesiologist with Korzen Health, you'll enjoy a shift-based role with 15 required shifts per month, typically 8-12 hours long. You'll have approximately 14 weeks of vacation per year and no seniority-based restrictions on vacation requests.
We require 18 calls per quarter, averaging one call night per week and one call weekend per month. You can take extra shifts, but it's not mandatory, and extra shifts pay a substantial monthly bonus.
