Job Description

As a Deli Department Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of our deli department, ensuring guests receive polite, friendly service from our staff. You will be responsible for achieving budgeted sales, shrink, and profits, maintaining desired inventory levels, operating the department according to merchandising and operational guidelines, and ensuring product quality meets our standards.
