A leading insurance company seeks a seasoned trial attorney to join its team in Atlanta, GA. As a member of the litigation department, you will be responsible for handling complex civil cases and developing effective strategies to resolve disputes.

Job Description
This role involves managing a caseload of civil trials, conducting research, and analyzing evidence to support your arguments. You will work closely with colleagues to develop case strategies and collaborate on large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have exceptional written and oral advocacy skills, as well as experience with civil procedure and evidence law.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school
• An active license to practice law in Georgia
• At least 2 years of experience in civil trial litigation, preferably in insurance defense
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure, evidence, and trial strategy
• Excellent software and technological skills, including competency in Microsoft Office and Westlaw
