Position Overview: Carle Foundation Hospital is seeking Board Eligible/Board Certified Hematology/Oncology Physicians to enhance our esteemed Carle Cancer Institute. This role offers the opportunity to focus on specific areas of interest within oncology while practicing at our primary facility.

Practice Details: The selected physicians will primarily work at our main campus, with one day dedicated to our Hematology/Oncology satellite facilities. A comprehensive background in both Hematology and Oncology is essential. New graduates are encouraged to apply, and mentorship will be provided to facilitate their transition into practice.

Collaborative Environment: The Hematology/Oncology team consists of nine experienced Oncologists, fostering a collaborative atmosphere. Our facilities include a range of specialties such as radiation oncology, surgical oncology, and various surgical services, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

Compensation and Benefits: Physicians will receive a competitive compensation package within a stable healthcare system, participating in Weekly Disease Specific Tumor Boards and benefiting from robust support from Radiation Oncology and Surgical Services.

Academic Opportunities: The role includes teaching responsibilities for medical students and Internal Medicine residents, with academic appointments based on qualifications and experience. The Carle Cancer Institute is actively involved in clinical research, offering opportunities for participation in numerous clinical trials.
